Angela Clemente DiNorscia Obituary
Angela Clemente DiNorscia Age 82 of Kennett Square, PA, died Friday, September 3, 2004 after a 19-year battle with cancer. Mrs. DiNorscia lived on her parents' farm in Landenberg until 1962, then moved to Cypress St. where she resided for 42 years. She was the daughter of James and Carmela Maisano Clemente. Mrs. DiNorscia was an active member of St. Patrick's church in Kennett Square, which included the Charismatic Prayer Group, bible study, Ladies of St. Patrick's, Eucharistic Minister, taking communion to the sick, counting the Sunday collection, and serving on the Pastoral Council for 2 years. Angela was also a volunteer at the Kennett Area Senior Center for 12 years, and the valedictorian and treasurer for the Kennett High School class of 1940. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Anthony J. DiNorscia; 1 son, Joseph DiNorscia from Portland, OR; 1 daughter, Mary Louise Johnson and son-in-law, William Johnson from Kennett Square, and 3 grandchildren, Stephen and Christian Plyler, both from Kennett Square and David DiNorscia from North Carolina. Mrs. DiNorscia also has a sister, Louise Keller from FL. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary DiFilippo. A viewing will be held from 6-9 pm on Friday, September 10, 2004 and 8:30-10:30 am on Saturday, September 11 at the Foulk & Grieco Funeral Home, 200 Rose Hill Rd., West Grove, PA 19390. A celebration mass of her life will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 11 at St. Patrick's church. Interment will immediately follow at St. Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to either the Cancer Center of Chester County, 440 East Marshall St. West Chester, PA 19380; or the Kennett Area Senior Center, 427 S.
